Kathleen vaguely remembers E. Rogers. At age 2 ER arrived in New Orleans, from the potato famine in Ireland. Eventually she arrived in Cascade Iowa, where she was raised and married. Assume that she was 2 in 1847, at the peak of the potato famine. If K remembers her, it must have been when ER was very old. If K was 10 yrs old, 1925, for the rememberance, then ER would have been 80. Assume ER died around that time.
